OK, so here's the deal.

We want to talk about what really happens on the road. And we’re doing it by spotlighting you and your friends.

It Happens features the traffic accidents, incidents and experiences of San Ramon Valley High School students. This is your chance to share stories – near misses, bad moves, fender benders and serious crashes – and let others know how a little smart driving can keep you crash-free and cruising safely.

It Happens is part of the San Ramon Valley’s Street Smarts Program, a traffic safety education campaign sponsored by State Farm Insurance and Sunset Development Company. Public agency partners include the Town of Danville, City of San Ramon, County of Contra Costa and the San Ramon Valley Unified School District.

Want to lead It Happens activities at your school? Have a suggestion for the program? Looking for more information? Talk to It Happens Coordinator Nat Rojanasathira at nrojanasathira@ci.danville.ca.us or 925.314.3382.
